AI Intern
Internship · Agentic Architecture & Personal Agents
Help design and prototype the architecture behind Personal Agents: AI assistants that understand a user's context, retain useful memory and work toward goals through tools and ongoing collaboration. Explore how reasoning, planning, memory and execution fit together in an agent that remains useful and controllable over time.
What you will work on
- Prototype agentic workflows that connect goal interpretation, planning, tool use, execution state and feedback.
- Build Personal Agent memory experiments around user preferences, task history, context retrieval and memory updates, with clear user control over what is retained.
- Develop tool integrations for everyday tasks such as organising information, preparing schedules and following up on to-dos.
- Explore longer-running workflows, including event triggers, progress tracking, pause/resume, error recovery and human approval checkpoints.
- Compare single-agent and multi-agent orchestration patterns through small, reproducible experiments.
- Evaluate task completion, tool selection and memory quality; use execution traces and failure cases to improve agent behaviour.
What you will bring
- Comfort writing Python or TypeScript, using Git, and working with APIs and basic asynchronous workflows.
- A foundation in LLM applications, with exposure to tool/function calling, retrieval or agent frameworks through coursework or projects.
- An interest in stateful systems: how context, memory, task status and permissions change across interactions.
- The ability to read technical papers or code, turn an idea into a working experiment and explain results clearly.
Projects exploring Personal Agents, agent memory, tool orchestration or human–AI interaction are especially welcome.
Algorithm Engineer
Engineering · Machine learning
Help develop the algorithms and evaluation methods behind reliable agent workflows. Connect model behaviour to practical requirements such as useful answers, appropriate tool use and inspectable results.
What you will work on
- Prototype and improve retrieval, language-model and agent components for defined business workflows.
- Build evaluation datasets and reproducible experiments covering ordinary cases, missing information and failure modes.
- Investigate answer quality, latency and resource use, and use evidence to guide improvements.
- Collaborate with product and software engineering to integrate tested components with clear interfaces and operational limits.
What you will bring
- Strong Python skills and experience with a machine-learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- A practical understanding of language models, embeddings, retrieval and model evaluation.
- Experience applying algorithms through research, engineering or substantial project work.
- The ability to diagnose problems, explain trade-offs and produce maintainable, well-documented work.
AI Product Manager
Product · AI workflows
Turn customer needs into focused AI products and pilots. Help the team choose the right problems, define useful outcomes and connect product decisions with engineering and user feedback.
What you will work on
- Map customer workflows, user roles, existing systems and the decisions that require human review.
- Define product requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria and priorities for focused releases.
- Work with engineering to assess feasibility, data needs, integration scope and AI limitations.
- Plan pilots, gather feedback and use agreed measures to decide what to improve or expand.
What you will bring
- Product experience or a strong track record delivering technical, enterprise or workflow-based products.
- The ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear requirements and practical decisions.
- An understanding of language models, agents and the importance of evaluation and human oversight.
- Strong written communication, analytical judgement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Hong Kong Market Lead
Commercial · Hong Kong market
Help develop Acommand AI's presence in the Hong Kong market. Build customer and partner relationships around concrete needs in enterprise AI, connected hardware and operational workflows.
What you will work on
- Identify priority customer segments and build a focused market-development plan for Hong Kong.
- Develop relationships with enterprise teams, device makers, system integrators and relevant partners.
- Lead discovery conversations, qualify opportunities and coordinate proposals and pilot scoping with product and engineering.
- Maintain a clear opportunity pipeline and bring local customer feedback into positioning and product priorities.
What you will bring
- Experience in B2B business development, partnerships or market expansion, ideally in technology or enterprise services.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong's business environment and experience building relevant customer relationships.
- The ability to understand customer workflows, communicate technical value and follow through on commercial opportunities.
- Professional communication in English and Chinese; Cantonese is an advantage.
